the staff services were good. mr abdullah from housekeeping was especially helpful. also, the breakfast buffet service team was friendly and helpful.
i came home and the coffee was not replenished. the correct amount and sizes of towels were not provided. i had to request a face towel, the short ones.

The hotel staff was very attentive and ensured all my needs were met. The hotel provides a shuttle service to JBR Beach and shopping malls, very useful. I found the breakfast buffet excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The interior design was organized and well-kept.
the coffee was not replenished after housekeeping visited my room. The correct number and sizes of towels were also missing. I had to request a face towel, and the shampoo in the shower was empty. This caused some inconvenience.

The reception staff was helpful. They assisted with questions I had.
I found the lack of replenished toiletries disappointing after housekeeping visited my room.. The coffee was not refilled, and the correct amount of towels was missing. I felt the hotel tried to save money.
